"key" logics, and blueprints are provided for informational purposes only. We offer a general strategic perspective, not a bespoke or guaranteed technical solution. The Client acknowledges that any implementation is carried out at their own risk. H27 Consulting Ltd declines all liability for data loss, system failure, or security breaches resulting from the use or misuse of ourstrategic advice.

Execution: The Client or their designated third party is solely responsible for the execution, testing, and maintenance of any suggested ecosystem.
Anonymous Consultation: We operate on a

"privacy-first" basis. While billing requires legal details for tax compliance, we do not require real names, IDs, or sensitive credentials to performour consultancy.5. Governing Law: These terms are governed bythe laws of England and Wales.

Delivery Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service: We provide bespoke digital strategic advice and logical frameworks regarding third-party solutions that the Client selects, purchases, and manages in complete autonomy as they see fit. 2. Pre-payment Requirement: Our consultancy utilizes a pre-payment model. The selected service must be paid for in full before accessing the booking calendar to schedule a session. 3. Full Flexibility & No-Questions Refunds: We offer a 100% full refund for cancellations or rescheduling made up to 10 minutes before the scheduled session. If the Client does not have an active booking and wishes to cancel a paid service, a full refund will be issued upon request, without justification, as quickly as banking processing times allow. 4. No Refunds After Commencement: Once the scheduled consultation has begun (the moment the call has started) or the digital advice has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
5. 30-Day Expiry: All purchased services must be utilized within 30 days of the original payment date. If the service is not scheduled and delivered within this period, it will be considered expired, and no refunds will be available. 6. Dispute Resolution: For concerns regarding service logic, please contact support@passkeystrategy.com. We always aim to resolve matters amicably.
