1. Nature of Service: We provide bespoke digital strategic advice and logical frameworks regarding third-party solutions that the Client selects, purchases, and manages in complete autonomy as they see fit.
2. Pre-payment Requirement: Our consultancy utilizes a pre-payment model. The selected service must be paid for in full before accessing the booking calendar to schedule a session.
3. Full Flexibility & No-Questions Refunds: We offer a 100% full refund for cancellations or rescheduling made up to 10 minutes before the scheduled session. If the Client does not have an active booking and wishes to cancel a paid service, a full refund will be issued upon request, without justification, as quickly as banking processing times allow.
4. No Refunds After Commencement: Once the scheduled consultation has begun (the moment the call has started) or the digital advice has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
5. 30-Day Expiry: All purchased services must be utilized within 30 days of the original payment date. If the service is not scheduled and delivered within this period, it will be considered expired, and no refunds will be available.
