1. Relationship: passkeystrategy.com/h27 consulting Ltd provides strategic logic and architectural frameworks for digital ecosystems. We do not provide technical implementation, managed services, or direct system access.
2. "As-Is" Advice & No Liability: All strategies,

"key" logics, and blueprints are provided for informational purposes only. We offer a general strategic perspective, not a bespoke or guaranteed technical solution. The Client acknowledges that any implementation is carried out at their own risk. H27 Consulting Ltd declines all liability for data loss, system failure, or security breaches resulting from the use or misuse of ourstrategic advice.

1. Execution: The Client or their designated third party is solely responsible for the execution, testing, and maintenance of any suggested ecosystem.
2. Anonymous Consultation: We operate on a

"privacy-first" basis. While billing requires legal details for tax compliance, we do not require real names, IDs, or sensitive credentials to performour consultancy.5. Governing Law: These terms are governed bythe laws of England and Wales.
